 Day 
  1. Depart London.
  2. Arrive Sao Paulo. Connect with flight to Cuiaba. Connect to Alta Floresta. O/n Floresta Amazonica Hotel, BB.
  3. Tfr by road and boat to private rainforest reserve. O/n Cristalino Lodge, FB.
  4. Morning and afternoon guided wildlife excursions. Night walk, perhaps to a hide for tapir. O/n Cristalino Lodge, FB.
  5. Morning and afternoon guided wildlife excursions. Perhaps climb 50mts canopy tower. Night excursion. O/n Cristalino Lodge, FB.
  6. Last day to enjoy the natural history of the Amazon rainforest. O/n Cristalino Lodge, FB.
  7. Tfr to Alta Floresta. Fly to Cuiaba. Tfr to Pantanal lodge. Perhaps climb canopy platform and/or use tapir hide. O/n Pantanal Wildlife Centre, FB.
  8. Morning and afternoon guided wildlife excursions, by boat and/or vehicle. O/n Pantanal Wildlife Centre, FB.
  9. Tfr to isolated riverboat and tented campsite. O/n Jaguar Research Centre, FB.
  10. Day for searching for jaguar and other wildlife, mainly by boat. O/n Jaguar Research Centre, FB.
  11. Day of further searching for jaguar. O/n Jaguar Research Centre, FB.
  12. Tfr back to first lodge. Rest of day for wildlife viewing. O/n Pantanal Wildlife Centre, FB.
  13. Tfr to Cuiaba. Fly to Sao Paulo. Connect with return flight.

This extra-special programme offers you the chance to see some of the most remarkable yet least known mammals in South America: the white uakari, maned wolf and muriqui. Most time is spent in the state of Minas Gerais, but first comes deepest Amazonia and a unique floating lodge where the endemic scarlet-faced white uakari monkey is found.
