 Day 
  1. Depart London via Kuala Lumpur.
  2. Arrive Kuching. Cultural tour of the city.  O/n Kuching Hilton, BB.
  3. Morning visit to Bako National Park.     Afternoon visit of Semengoh orang-utan centre.  O/n Kuching Hilton, BB.
  4. Take longboat to Iban village.  O/n Village Longhouse, FB.
  5. Morning trekking in forest.  Tfr to town. O/n Kuching Hilton, BB.
  6. Fly to Mulu.  Guided tour of Lang and Deer Caves. O/n Royal Mulu Resort, FB.
  7. Longboat to Wind and Clearwater Caves.  Hike to Melinau Camp.  O/n Camp 5, FB.
  8. Hike to 1750 metres for spectacular view of limestone pinnacles. O/n Camp 5, FB.
  9. Trek and longboat back to Mulu. Fly to Kota Kinabalu.  O/n Tanjung Aru, BB.
  10. Tfr to Kinabalu National Park.  Guided tour of park trails and botanical gardens.  O/n Park Cabin, FB.
  11. Climb from Timpohon Gate (1600m) to Laban Rata (3353m). O/n Dormitory, FB.
  12. Climb to summit (4,095m) for sunrise and descend to park headquarters.  O/n Park Cabin, FB.
  13. Visit Poring Hot Springs and return to Kota Kinabalu.  O/n Rasa Ria Resort, BB.
  14. Morning at leisure. Fly to Kuala Lumpur.  Connect with flight to London.
  15. Arrive London.
